Babies learn every moment and everything. This includes how to fall asleep. Yes, something as biologically essential as sleeping needs to be learned as well. However, what I am talking about is learning to fall asleep at the right time.

As per Dr. Schneeberg, when parents start including baby music in the sleeping routine, we are simply making our kid dependent on the music to fall asleep. This music becomes a trigger, and after a while, this will become nothing more than a crutch. The baby will not be able to fall asleep without the help of music. There is another way to ensure that your baby sleeps peacefully without the disturbances of ambient noise. If you are using music to mask the noise all around, it is better to use a white noise machine. This machine creates a consistent sound that masks the ambient noise.

Also, you should get a machine that will run continuously through the night. However, here is a fair warning. Don’t let your baby get dependent on this machine either.
