So before checking on your baby give the baby some time to settle down. Otherwise, you might actually wake your baby up and deal with a crying baby all night. 

Dim the lights:

This might sound a bit far-fetched but dimming the lights I’m in the evening will help regulate the baby’s circadian rhythm. All you have to do is dim the lights after the sun goes down. To get the best results, do this every day and make sure that your room is brightly lit during the day. This will eventually yield results and most importantly, your baby will wake up smiling in the morning.
